1. Do you sell Gift Cards?

Yes, you can purchase a digital gift card on our store. We currently offer gift cards worth €10, €25, €50 and €100. The digital gift card will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you are buying the gift card for someone else, enter their email address, or else enter your address and forward the email onto the recipient once you receive it.

2. How do I use my Gift Card?

Once you receive the email with the digital gift card, select "view" gift card inside the email. Apply the code that appears on the screen when checking out from your shopping cart. After your purchase, you can check the amount remaining on the giftcard by viewing the original email again.

If you do not have enough credit on your gift card for the total of your purchase, you can pay the remaining amount using another payment method.

3. How do I cancel, change or claim a refund on an order?

You can cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing it. If you do so, you will receive a full refund. To cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us. For more information on our cancelation and refund policy, check our dedicated page.

4. Where are you based?

Plantae is based in Dublin city. However we do sell plants, pots and other items from our partner cafes. You can see our partner cafes delivery & collection page.

5. Do you have a physical shop?

No, we are currently 100% online.

6. Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to all addresses within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. For more information see our delivery & collection page.

7. How much is the delivery cost?

Our delivery charge is based on the total weight of your order items. You can see our delivery rates on the delivery & collection page.

8. Do you have a minimum order amount?

Nope! There is no minimum order amount.

9. How do I find my Eircode?

You can obtain your Eircode by entering your address into the following Eircode finder.

10. Will my plant arrive safely?

We always package and deliver your plants with the utmost care. However, plants are living things, and when they are moved around or changed to a new home they could potentially drop a leaf or two. That's perfectly normal and the plant will bounce back once it gets used to its new home. In the unlikely event that you receive a plant badly damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

11. Is your packaging green?

All materials used in our packaging are eco-friendly. You can read more about our packaging method in our dedicated page.

12. I'm looking for a specific plant. Can you help me?

We are always on the lookout for interesting plants to add to our offerings. We usually get new plants every couple of weeks, so you can either join our newsletter or follow us on social media for news on when new plants are arriving. Alternatively, you can contact us and tell us what plant you are looking for, and we will do our best to source it and make it available to you.
