Hoya lanceolata subspieces Bella is a relatively small hanging plant which produces long stems with small, lanceolate green leaves and lovely, waxy, star-shaped, white and pink flowers. However, the plants we currently have in stock are not in flower at the moment.

Size: 12cm diameter

Origin: Eastern Asia

Light: Indirect bright light

Humidity: Moderate

Temperature: 16-25ºC

Watering: Keep the compost moist (but not soggy) when the plant is actively growing, usually from spring through autumn. Reduce watering frequency in winter if light levels are lower.

Feeding: Use half the recommended dose of a potash liquid fertilizer every few weeks during the plant's active growth period.

Soil: Equal parts of orchid compost, multipurpose compost and perlite.

Tip: Do not remove the flower stalks as more flowers will appear from the stumps. This plant is safe around pets and children. Keep away from direct light and radiators.
