Peperomia Polybotrya 'Raindrop' is a relatively small plant perfect for apartments, table tops or shelves. Its oval, tear-shaped leaves are glossy and succulent, so this is an ideal plant for forgetful plant parents who might not keep up to a strict watering schedule.
Size: 12cm diameter x 20cm height
Light: Indirect light
Watering: Allow at least 2/3 of the compost to dry between waterings while the plant is actively growing, usually from spring through autumn. Reduce watering frequency in winter if light levels are lower.
Feeding: Use half the recommended dose of a balanced liquid fertilizer every 6-8 weeks from spring through autumn, or whenever you can see active growth.
Soil: Rich, light, and well drained. Equal parts of potting soil and cactus compost, or equal parts of potting soil and coco coir/perlite/orchid bark.
Tip: Peperomia Polybotrya is a succulent plant, and as such is very susceptible to overwatering. Better to keep it on the dry side. This plant is safe around pets and children. Direct sunlight can leave sunburn marks on the leaves.
